The Climb | The Best Life Blog: Fitness, Weight-Loss and Health ...

During the course of my journey toward my best life, I?ve often likened my path to a long walk.

This image from a recent hike really illustrates how it?s felt lately.

From health scares to family emergencies to stress at work, this last month has put me through the wringer. It strikes me that I should approach it the same way I approached this challenging trail. One step at a time. One segment at a time. One breath at a time.
